Straight consignment with a 75/25 split on all tack and supplies,
and a 50/50 split on all riding clothing.
Acceptable items: Saddles, Bridles, bits, harness, books, pictures, halters, and
any other equine related products in clean and good condition. Riding clothes to
include boots, jackets, shirts, pants, helmets, chaps, etc.
1. Consignments will be accepted during business hours or by appointment.
2. Consignor brings items in unless arrangements have been made for items to be
picked up.
3. Back in the Saddle Again will price the item for what it is worth to include a 25%
commission on horse items and 50% on clothing. We may also list these items
on the internet at the same price.
4. Any item consigned that is removed by the consignor before 6 months will be
charged the commission as if item were sold. Saddles shall be consigned on a
12 month basis as they are sometimes harder to sell.
5. Back in the Saddle Again cannot be held responsible for items left on
consignment, but does agree to use all conventional safeguards in the handling
and displaying of consigned goods. Items may have some coverage under your
homeowners/renters insurance policy.
6. Payment for items sold will be paid in the first week of the following month.
Store credit can be used anytime.
7. Back in the Saddle Again reserves the right to lower the price after 6 months of
no-sale, or if given a reasonable offer on that unsold item.
